International Culture Curriculum
Our International Culture curriculum broadens pupils’ understanding of the world by exploring different countries, traditions and ways of life. In KS2, pupils learn about global geography, food, festivals, daily life and cultural values through a range of engaging topics. They compare countries with the UK, develop respectful curiosity and reflect on how people live, work and celebrate in different parts of the world.
In KS3, pupils deepen their cultural awareness by exploring global history, belief systems, arts, ethics and significant world events. They study how culture influences identity, communication and society, while examining the similarities and differences between nations. Pupils are encouraged to think critically, celebrate diversity and understand their place in an increasingly interconnected world.
